Digital Handshake, a brand of Fis Four Experience ("we", "us", "our"), provides free digital business cards and optional physical NFC cards. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Digital Handshake, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Card information — details you choose to put on your digital card, such as your job title, company, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, address, profile photo, websites, social media links, and meeting locations.
• Shipping information — recipient name and delivery address when you book a physical NFC card.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep your account secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and display your digital business card.
• Generate your unique card link and QR code.
• Process NFC card bookings, confirm designs, and arrange delivery.
• Communicate with you about your account, bookings, and service updates.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Public Card Pages

Your digital card is designed to be shared. Anyone with your unique link, QR code, or NFC card can view the information you place on your card — including your name, contact details, photo, links, and meeting locations. Only add information to your card that you are comfortable sharing publicly. You can edit or remove card information at any time from your account.

Sharing & Third Parties

We share information only where necessary to operate the service:

• Delivery partners — shipping details are shared with couriers to deliver your NFC card.
• Payment providers — payment for NFC cards is collected through secure third-party payment links; we do not store your card numbers.
• Service providers — hosting and infrastructure providers that help us run the platform.
• Legal requirements — where required by applicable law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep your account and card information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. If you delete your account, your card and its public page are removed.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you may:

• Access and update your information at any time through your account.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent to processing, noting that this may prevent us from providing the service.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords and secure connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
