Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Digital Handshake, a brand of Fis Four Experience. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Digital Handshake lets you create a free digital business card with a unique shareable link and QR code, and optionally order a physical NFC card that opens your digital card when tapped against a compatible smartphone.

The digital card service is provided free of charge. Physical NFC cards are a paid add-on, priced as shown at the time of booking.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.
• One digital card is included per account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information, photos, and links you add to your card. By publishing a card, you grant us a licence to host and display that content on your public card page and, where you order one, to print relevant details on your NFC card.

You are solely responsible for the content of your card. Do not include information you do not have the right to share, or that infringes any third party's rights.

NFC Card Orders

• Submitting a booking request does not require immediate payment. We will confirm the card design with you first, then send a payment link.
• Production begins only after payment is received.
• Prices are stated in USD unless indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes or import duties, if any, are your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Digital Handshake to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or links to harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your public card page will no longer be accessible.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that NFC functionality will work on every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fis Four Experience's total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
