Overview
This policy covers physical NFC cards ordered through Digital Handshake, a brand of Fis Four Experience. Each card is custom-produced with your details, so please review your card design carefully during the confirmation step before payment.
Production Timeline
- After you submit a booking request, we confirm the design with you by email.
- Production begins once your design is approved and payment is received.
- Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is free on all NFC card orders.
- Delivery within Malaysia typically takes 3–7 business days after production.
- International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
- A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
- Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & Replacements
Because every NFC card is personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will replace your card free of charge if:
- It arrives damaged or defective.
- The NFC chip does not function on compatible devices.
- The printed details differ from the design you approved.
To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Refunds
- If we cannot produce or deliver your card, you receive a full refund.
- If a replacement for a defective card is not possible, we will refund your order in full.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your booking at no cost any time before payment — simply ignore the payment link or let us know. After payment, orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
